The Advance Program is an exciting clinical transformation that is taking place across Fraser Health. The program leverages technology and innovation to continuously improve the quality, consistency, and safety of the patient care provided across the region. Advance is a significant step in Fraser Health's effort to digitize care.

Our goal with the Advance website was to showcase the need for 21st century healthcare, explain what's changing to staff and medical staff, and ensure that all of our stakeholders, especially our patients and the public understood the benefits of the Advance program.

I worked with our website designers on the look and feel of the website, testing out our design ideas in Figma. I also organized a photo shoot and selected the shots for our pages. I wrote the content for our pages, and worked with our communications lead to refine the content. I liaised with our website designers to help conduct UAT and edits in Jira. For our promotions, I helped design our website posters with our graphic designer. And post-launch I organized training on the website CMS for our communications team. As part of ongoing maintenance, I have built a content plan, governance system, and website analytics schedule.
